charmed stay
clean caravanfriendly staffamazing teamoverpriced food
our caravan was perfect it was nice to see the site well maintained. reception staff were very friendly the security at the entertainment doors spoke to the children. the entertainment team was amazing i thought it was lovely the girls were using sign language.
activities are booked a month in advance meaning everything free was fully booked on arrival. drinks and food seemed overpriced and there was no lunch option. adult entertainment has changed i missed bingo and adult game shows.

the welcome box i finded was cute, it included a complimentary cleaning kit that was helpful for dishes. my kids enjoyed the many free daytime activities offered throughout the park. the evening entertainment stood out because it was suitable for families.

I am thankful for the swimming pool. It looked amazing. Danny, the pool manager, had painted around the walls and decked areas, which enhanced the experience. The team are absolute stars, and I have already booked for next year. My kids loved it. !!
I found that the accommodation should be ready on time, as I waited a little longer than expected. We eventually got in, but the delay added some stress. Everything else was smooth.
