Trelawne Manor Holiday Park, Looe

During our stay, we appreciated the cleanliness and upkeep of our caravan, and the friendly entertainment staff made our family time even better. However, we had some initial issues with the accommodation and the customer service wasn't as responsive as we had hoped. Overall, it's a lovely place for families, but improvements in service quality would enhance the experience significantly.

We had a mixed experience at Trelawne Manor. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the family-friendly activities, especially for children, were enjoyable. However, the dining options left much to be desired, and some facilities, like the pool, seemed in need of updates. Overall, it felt like a good value for the price, but a few upgrades would make it better.

Trelawne Manor provides a wonderful family-friendly atmosphere with excellent outdoor activities and stunning natural surroundings. The team makes notable efforts in hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcomed. However, the experience can vary; some guests have faced issues with accommodations and service inconsistencies, especially regarding pet policies and access to certain areas.

We had an enjoyable stay overall, with our caravan being spotless upon arrival and plenty of activities for the kids. Though we found the heating in our accommodation a bit tricky to manage, the entertainment provided by the Stripey Team truly made our experience memorable. I do wish the dining options were a little more varied, as that could enhance the experience even further.
